No — DESTROYED — is accurate. Jobs job was to sell hardware and not music. He marginalized the music in order to make "iPod" a term even grandmothers in Upswazibacistan would know.

Here's were Jobs got outed. Demanding hard DRM capabilities for Disney content at the same time suggesting to everybody else they drop theirs so that "your content will *really* sell now".
