True, Krugman is very intelligent (Economics Professor and all) but he was better before he left his academic post to become a full time political leftist pugilist. He stuck to the more urbane analysis of economics instead of adding value from simply attacking conservative ideology. I still wish that I had chosen his class when I was there.
I think MoDo wrote it herself. It's totally done in her little pithy, parallel, and not very funny writing style.
