Strangely, the ad asks for emails to be addressed to "Lawrence Mitchell," who didn't seem to have any "food and travel"-related bylines when we searched Nexis, or Google. So who could the "contributing editor" who's too cheap to pay an assistant be? Your guesses welcome!
