County's sparkliest prisoner-to-be, is partnering with the United Nations so that you'll know more about dolphins and junk! Invitation to Press Conference with Nick Carter of the Backstreet Boys and the United Nations Environment Programme Convention on Migratory Species
Nick Carter, of the Backstreet Boys, Fast Glass and House of Carters, together with the United Nations Environment Programme (UNEP), the Convention on Migratory Species (CMS) and the Whale and Dolphin Conservation Society (WDCS), invite you to a press conference to announce Nick Carter as Special Ambassador for the Year of the Dolphin (YoD). The YoD is a campaign focusing on raising awareness of dolphins in the wild, the threats they face to their survival and actions that could help their wild conservation.
Nick Carter will explain his engagement with the work of the Convention on Migratory Species for the protection of cetaceans. UNEP, CMS and WDCS will discuss the current alarming threats to dolphin conservation and promote the International Year of the Dolphin - a public awareness campaign currently gathering supporters from around the world.
