Following quickly after yesterday's ruling against the slave-owners'-rights-espousing frat boys seeking to have their scene in the Borat movie removed from the DVD release, comes another lawsuit brought against the filmmakers by a South Carolinian claiming to have been duped by the prankster now famous the world over, Sacha Baron Cohen. In a scene that never made it to the movie's final cut, Borat earns some money as a bathroom attendant at an upscale restaurant. It's a short sequence that has made the rounds on TV and online (but has since been pulled down by YouTube 2.0, Lame Edition), and now its full-bladdered mark is suing to ensure his Pee of Shame never sees the DVD extras light of day:

"He has been contacted by numerous people who have recognized him," Milling said.

The plaintiff, a South Carolina resident, says British comedian Sacha Baron Cohen posed as a bathroom attendant at Ristorante Divino in October 2005, invading his privacy and staring as he used a urinal, according to the lawsuit. [...]

"He is embarrassed and humiliated and leaves the restaurant," Milling said of his client Tuesday.

The man is seeking punitive damages and is asking that the scene not be put on DVD.

We're not entirely sure if some unsubtle gawking at a row of urinals really qualifies as an "invasion of privacy" (on the contrary, we usually interpret such unsolicited attentions, like the occasional filling of a stall wall hole by a curious, roving eyeball, as a flattering point of pride), but the Borat people can't be thrilled to know that individuals who didn't even appear in the movie are suing now, too, paving the way for scores more future lawsuits along the lines of "People In Neighboring Subway Car Traumatized By Sight Of Nearby Loose Chicken Vs. Borat."
