Happy December! Winter is in the air (or should be, what the fuck's going on with the weather?) and thoughts turn to the upcoming holidays. But Christmas comes early today for those of us who like to mock hipsters (and who doesn't). It's time for Blue States Lose, where we celebrate the season with a look at The Cobrasnake, Last Night’s Party, and Misshapes. After the jump, Alex Blagg plays Santa Claus, while Kid's Meal stars as Cindy Lou Who.

10. Misshapes. November 18th, 2006 photo #014: It's been a big week for Kid's Meal. First he was declared "enigmatic, fascinating, and the new 'It-Boy'" by the insightful folks over at the Voice. Then everyone figured out he's still in the process of growing pubic hair. Now he's going to find it pretty difficult to continue being Fucking Fabulous in the bars he can no longer get into on account of everyone knowing that he's still studying for the SAT's. Way to keep a low profile, guy.

9. BPM Magazine. Issue #78 Cover: Never to be outdone by their young Apprentice, the DipShits strike back by landing themselves on the cover of BPM, which stands for "Blastin' People's Music", and is a MUST READ magazine for anyone out there hoping to get themselves famous for arranging popular music on their iTunes Playlist in an order their fickle friends will find aesthetically pleasing when they're blackout wasted and want to jump around together to convince themselves of how much fun they're having.

8. Misshapes. November 18th, 2006 photos #020, #034 & #042: Now that these kids are getting full-on famous, "The Fantastik" is quickly becoming the biggest hair styling phenomenon since "The Rachel". Hell, even chicks are doing it. Pretty soon, every Starbucks employee in suburban America will be preparing your gingerbread latte while glaring at you from the dark depths of their fabulously manicured bangs.

7. Cobrasnake. Aoki Bday Blast Off photo #5643: These are available at Benihana for $12.99, right between the ginger salad dressing and the wacky chef hat you can catch food in.

6. The Cobrasnake. Stupid Poster Promo Page: With the holidays fast approaching, it's time to start thinking about what you're going to get for the "hopelessly deluded assclown with no real sense of identity or purpose" in your life. Might I suggest the Cobrasnake Super Special Limited Edition Pictures of People Doing Shit That Isn't Particularly Interesting poster? It will look great next to your Last Night's Party Art School Drop-out Fingering Herself on Top of an '87 Chrysler Le Baron. You thought that was a joke, didn't you.

5. The Cobrasnake. Overpriced Wholesale photo #3876: She makes up in stupidity what she lacks in subtlety.

4. The Cobrasnake. Hardrock RVCACock photo #6555: After coming to the realiztion that the only possible NYC nightlife choices are "models & bottles" or "drugs & hugs", I've decided to just stay home and play board games with my friends. Jenga, anyone?

3. Misshapes. November 18th, 2006 photo #081: Free Cobrasnake poster for the first person who can tell me what the fuck this is.

2. Last Night's Party. ITrailer #2: Watching these hosers dance and DJ themselves into retarded ecstasy is like someone forcing you to watch your own eyeball being sliced open while your own eyeball is being sliced open.

1. Misshapes. November 18th, 2006 photo #006: I think this suckbucket reads Blue States Lose. And I think every week he's like, "Fuck - passed over again! What the hell do I have to wear to get Gawker's attention so they'll ridicule me and inspire the person who has the misfortune of covering the hiptard nightlife beat for the Voice to dub me the city's Next Big Unimportant Thing!?!" Well congratulations, brohomey - you look sublimely fucking ridiculous. Prepare to by It-Boyed.
