In this Old Skool edition of the Stalk: Kate Bosworth, Barbara Bush, Anna Wintour, Katie Couric and Matt Lauer, Anne Hathaway, Jimmy Fallon and Sienna Miller, Graydon Carter, Julianne Moore and Ralph Fiennes, Kelly Ripa, Famke Janssen, Mario Batali, Sacha Baron Cohen and Rachel Weisz, Harvey Keitel, Brooke Shields, Keri Russell, Sam Champion, Ron Perelman, Claire Danes, Christina Ricci, Mo Rocca, Gabriel Byrne, Al Roker, Peter Dinklage, Mandy Montoya, Denis Leary, and Merill Bobolit, whoever that is.

Sat across from Kate Bosworth at The Republic in Union Square. She was seen eating with a female companion. The each paid for the dinners. She ordered the Spicy Beef Noodle. I only know this because my friend asked the waitress what she was having.

11/27/2006 - 9:00 pm - Village Restaurant - West 9th and 6th Avenue: Barbara Bush (the twin) slurping oysters and sucking face with a Chaddy guy. I didn't see a purse . . .

Anna Wintour spotted today (11/22) at the Starbucks on 77th and Lex. She rushed out of a black town car into the Starbucks without closing the door forcing the driver to get out of the front to come around and close it!...woman is unbelievable. She had on a cream coat with fur lining around the neck, green skirt that looked like Chanel and amazing grey boots. The obnoxious attitude getting out of the car and the boots are what made me notice her.

A relaxed-looking Katie Couric strolled out of Trattoria dell'Arte (Seventh & 57th) around 2:00 pm the Wednesday before Thanksgiving. As she exited, she was looking back over her shoulder and laughing at something her companion was saying. Seconds later, the companion, who turned out to be Matt Lauer, followed her onto the sidewalk with a wry but good humored look on his face as he finished his story. Both were smaller than I expected and lacked the glow of their screen counterparts. Oh well, wasn't holding high expectations for those two anyway.

On November 22nd a very casually dressed Anne Hathaway was paying for her groceries at 12:37pm at Columbus Circle Wholefoods. She got a whole cart of food, probably in preparation for Thanksgiving.

Jimmy Fallon and Sienna Miller at 205 club. around 1.30. having wrap party, sienna in black tights. both very nice and having lots of fun.

Last night (11/26) at The Waverly Inn, co-owner Graydon Carter with his family, smoking cigarettes indoors.

FYI, just saw Julianne Moore and Ralph Fiennes at Rocco's on Bleecker. They were there separately, Moore with her daughter and Fiennes with a petite younger gal. They stopped to chat for awhile, whence Fiennes informed Moore that he was only in town until Sunday.

Saw Kelly Ripa today around 3:15 on Central Park West walking uptown around 65th St, children in tow. Bitch needs to stop snapping her gum like a piece of trash and eat a sandwich or four.

Saw Famke Janssen at PS1 (Moma in Queens) with a friend on Saturday 11/25 around 5pm. She was dressed casually in jeans with Chuck Taylors, enjoying the exhibits. Very beautiful and tall in person. Would have loved to approach her if I wasn't so shy!

Mario Batali was on my flight from Detroit to La Guardia today (Sunday, 26 November), wearing brown crocs and shorts.

I Saw Sacha Baron Cohen and Rachel Weisz last night at Fiamma having dinner with their significant others. They were there for hours laughing and talking. They seemed really normal, just having a good time. They were seated next to us and we were the only two parties left at the end of the night, so I just went over to Sacha and told him that I loved the movie, and he just very graciously said "thank you very much."

On Saturday, Nov. 25, around 4pm . . . saw Harvey Keitel with (I'm assuming) his wife and child on W. Broadway at Spring Street . . . didn't look to be in good spirits as he was adjusting the stroller seat . .

Brooke Shields at the Knicks game (courtside, of course) last night. Looking gorgeous in skinny jeans, sky-high black pumps and a cute gray wool knit cap. She was with her husband and they looked really happy together. Holding hands and laughing all the time. Even though we were getting our asses kicked, they stayed till the last minute!

At the J.Crew on 5th Avenue, I saw the very tiny and quite adorable, Keri Russell, which I thought was quite ironic because wasn't old Keri featured on the cover of the J.Crew catalog circa "Felicity" season 2? Poor Keri had to endure quite a few, "Isn't that Felicity"s from other shoppers.

Sunday, 1pm 6th Ave and 8th St: Sam Champion outside of Grays Papaya. Sunday 1:10pm, 6th Ave and Houston: Ron Perelman, with dark wool cap pulled low over head, entering Bar Pitti with a group of six.

Saw Claire Danes w/friend walking out of a deli on Prince and MacDougal. She had a bottle of whiskey, two packs of Kools, and a box of Triscuits. No, just kidding, but she did look cute and normal, for Soho.

11.26—Christina Ricci walking through Soho. Tiny little thing, smoking a cigarette near the corner of Mercer and Houston. Are she and Goldberg done? I would have like to see that guy, I gotta admit. Also saw Mo Rocca, with a full head of gray hair, dining with 3 male friends at Cafe de Cluny. He was wearing jeans and a hoodie — did I mention the gray hair? Lots of it. That place is delish, btw. (Not a plug, just an honest opinion!) Finally, I saw Gabriel Byrne walking up Sixth Avenue, near Bleecker. Granted, I had to look him up today to confirm exactly who he was, but he definitely puts off the brooding, foreign actor vibe.

Al Roker is a bitch. I held open the 2 doors to get into the building for him today and he couldn't even be bothered to say thank you (his office is in my building).

Peter Dinklage walking with a cute girl, holding hands around Union Square at 5:30 pm Saturday evening.

Saw Mandy "Inigo Montoya" Patinkin at the Duane Reed on 58th and 3rd. Wearing his black t and jeans, looked like he was in a rush. Perhaps to exact revenge on the six fingered man who killed his father? Bought razor blades and a can of diet red bull. God help us.

I saw Denis Leary at 3:20 pm on November 27, 2006 On West 4th and Mercer talking on his cell phone. He was saying something about "Jim Carrey not wanting to do the movie." I went up to him to say hi and he ignored me.

Merill Bobolit heading west on Houston at Greene Street. We stared at each other inquisitively and awkwardly beneath our sunglasses. Looks kind of like a creature you would see in a video game.
