I first discovered inclue when its CEO wrote me asking if Google Video was for sale. Nick Gogerty had found an RSS feed including the phrase "Google Video - Video Search [is:forsale]" — which means, of course, that the feed returns videos that viewers can buy through Google Video, not that Google's dumping the whole operation.

Why is Gogerty's misinterpretation more than a tiny mistake? Because his company is built around delivering feeds like this one to Microsoft Outlook users. Inclue is basically an Outlook RSS plugin.

But inclue has bigger problems than a clueless CEO — the entire product will be useless as soon as Windows Vista comes out. Yep, Vista's version of Outlook includes an RSS feature, so inclue is a startup with an expiration date. Hell, if Vista had come out on schedule, it'd already be dead.
