Well, it was neck and neck all weekend, but the polls have closed, and the winner of last week's award is The Washington Times' Stephanie Mansfield, creator of that beauty about Castro. Stephanie will be receiving a copy of Murray Kempton's Part of our Time, which will probably mark the legendary author's first appearance in The Times' newsroom.
