Today's submission recognizes the genius of Mike Dawson, from Catskills-area periodical The Times Herald-Record. Dawson covers the theft of a wallet, but as you'll see from this lead, the crime is so much greater.

Maybe the man at The Home Depot Friday was buying a new toilet, because he flushed his soul when he swiped a stuffed wallet off the lap of wheelchair-bound Stephen Boyle.
