Not that you want to hear us bitch about our connectivity issues, but it seems that the blazing heat liquefied anyone wearing a customer service headset over at our fine internet service provider (hint: begins with "A" and ends with "delphia"), leading to unusual call volumes, interminable waits on hold, and our inability to do any work.
