Star Jones officially announced her departure from The View on this morning's show — and, much to our chagrin, she's leaving in mid-July, meaning that we'll never see a single bitch battle with incoming co-host Rosie O'Donnell. So much for morning bloodsport. Instead, watch as the other View-ettes show off their acting chops, feigning sadness over Star's departure. Of course, she had to interrupt the others to make her announcement, but watching her slow, careful speech is a lot like watching a guilty terrorist confess her crimes in front of a firing squad.
