Subject: Potential profile?

I hear that Mediabistro's founder Laurel Touby is kind of a hot property right now — apparently there's talk of her selling the website, which I'm sure has been really profitable. I bet Mediabistro has really impressive traffic, and Laurel throws these awesome parties that everyone goes to. She hates to think of it as networking, but her swanky cocktail functions result in freelance for all the best trades. Plus, parties are fun!

I'm thinking that we paint Laurel as modern-day Gertrude Stein, bringing together the best, unemployed minds out there for business and social gains. What do you think? I can move forward on this today, so let me know ASAP. I've got Laurel on hold right now.

Thx -
PG
