Amazing what shows up in the inbox sometimes. This one is from an otherwise-reputable serious reporter, who wouldn't be feeding us misinformation:

Not sure how the this works or if you even care, but the Coop's love nest (one of em?) is at the new [redacted] Building on [someplace in the 20s] and Sixth Ave. I've seen him in the building twice, most recently walking a lab-looking dog on Sunday night at about 10:15 p.m. Listed as a resident of the building? J.C. Recio, aka Julio.

Q.E.D., so far as we're concerned.
