Just like TechCrunch addiction and Pastel Yellow Fever, social bookmark icon pollution is everybody's problem in this Web 2.0 world. In the form of long chains of social bookmark links on every post — "Digg this! Del.icio.us this! Reddit this!" — it has claimed so many bloggers as its victims:

Shameful. Do your part, bloggers. Stand up against bookmark icon pollution. Just pick one successful bookmark service (hint: not Kinja) and link discreetly — or don't link at all. One does hope that anyone constantly bookmarking sites, can do so without your help.
