A last-minute shopping Defamer operative has a double sighting at a high end nail salon:

Buying gift certificates at fancy schmancy Jessica Nails on Sunset, and who do I see getting her paws done but Demi Moore....thought it was Jennifer Connelly at first. And then in walks a skeleton with a big head dressed in couture, with a guy in a suit, and it turns out to be (gasp!) Nancy Reagan.

We'll assume the two red-loving ladies (Nancy, in those smart pantsuits and gowns, Demi, in string bracelets) went the festive shade of crimson route for their claw shellackings. And the connections don't end there: these two women are bound more than they could ever know in the unspoken sisterhood of partially-braindead husband caregivers.
