Dear Diary,

Today is pretty special. I've been voted Media Person of the Year by the users at IWantMedia, which is some website my producers told me about.

I guess I should be honored, Diary, but I just dunno. Winning an award is nice, but I just feel so darned badly for the folks I beat out. There were so many other deserving nominees: Howard Stern, the Google guys, Martha Stewart, Nick Denton (I certainly never thought I'd end up on top of him). And yet, everyone picked me. Shucks.

Anyhow, I should go now. I need to get some product in my hair before it dries, and Fluffy Cleopatra is whining for her walk. Tuesdays are so busy!
