Fox News Accused of Gender Bias; Male Anchors Forced to Prepare Own Meals
After a complaint was filed by Fox News employee Kim Weiler, The Equal Employment Opportunity Commission has filed a federal lawsuit against the cable network, claiming it "harassed and discriminated" against female employees. Coming barely one year-ish after Andrea Mackris's fantastic lawsuit against Bill O'Reilly (in which he allegedly expressed wanting to do in the shower with a soapy falafel), we can't really say we're surprised.
The commission claims that a Fox vice president, Joe Chillemi, "routinely used gross obscenities and vulgarities when describing women or their body parts," language that it says Mr. Chillemi "did not use with male employees." The suit contends that Mr. Chillemi "routinely cursed at and otherwise denigrated women employees," telling them to "be a man."
Come on — this is nothing, just normal office talk. And now some woman is going to get her panties in a bunch and take it to the feds? Ridiculous. This is what happens when you let bitches watch that stupid Charlize Theron movie.
