This much we know: Generalissimo Judith Miller is still not dead.

Everything else still up in the air. The dominant storyline is the one advanced Wednesday by the Observer and Arianna Huffington: Judy's staying.

But the only new news today comes from London's Guardian, which certainly seems to think she's going. Or, at least, that if she's staying she won't be doing much of anything. ("They could put her on a shelf somewhere and give her nothing to do," one Times staff tells the paper.)

And there's still nothing new from the Observer or Arianna, which might be because of what we're now hearing from several 43rd Street sources: That they were wrong. Judy, we're now hearing again, is still on her way out.

We just hope there's some resolution soon. Because this is starting to get a little boring.
