Thanks to the efforts of NBC News, Habitat for Humanity, and Warner Music Group, Rockefeller Plaza has been renamed "Humanity Plaza," as hundreds volunteers toil for the Today show cameras, working around the clock to build homes for families displaced by Hurricane Katrina.
