The Great Celebrity-Paparazzi War: Reese Witherspoon Plays With Danger

Breaking news in the Great Celebrity-Paparazzi War of 2005, from Access Hollywood:
A man who was trying to take pictures of actress Reese Witherspoon has been issued a citiation to appear in court on assault charges, according to Anaheim police.
Todd Kevin Wallace, 44, is accused of assaulting employees at Disneyland's California Adventure who were reportedly trying to shield the actress from his camera while she was at the theme park, police told Access Hollywood.
The incident reportedly happened on Friday, September 2.
The Anaheim front is proving to be quite dangerous, as not even the Happiest Place on Earth is a safe haven from paparazzi aggression. Didn't Witherspoon (who recently lost a legal skirmish with her tormentors) learn to avoid this hotspot after Scarlett Johansson's run-in there just two weeks ago? True, she did opt for the virtually deserted California Adventure park, but given the current flare-up between starlets and shutterbugs, frequenting any Disney property seems like a flirtation with paparazzi disaster second only to riding shotgun with Lindsay Lohan.
