• Rupert's annual salary: $4.5 million
• Rupert's potential bonus for 2005 fiscal year, which ended June 30: $25 million

• Lachlan's potential bonus for 2005 fiscal year: $7 million
• Lachlan's "separation payment": Equal to his 2005 salary and bonus

It occurs to us: Though we've had some bosses who really, really hated us, no one ever paid us to go away.

Clearly we should go work for News Corp.
