Israeli Companies In WTC Area Make Inviting Terror Targets
And today in Jewish-Media-Manhattan Conspiracy news, Rudin Management has set up an Israeli outpost in order to lure members of the tribe to the financial district:
New York City real-estate giant Rudin Management Company Inc. has opened an office in Israel in a bid to offer local start-up companies office space in skyscrapers located in the area damaged by the September 11 attacks in exchange for significant tax breaks and benefits, Yedioth Ahronoth has learned.
Among the tax breaks Rudin is offering Israeli companies: Discounts on municipal taxes and electricity payments and the option of signing short-term leases.
There's a joke in here somewhere about getting a good deal, but we're too busy raising the terror alert from periwinkle to mauve.
