Yesterday, we speculated that Hilary Swank's joint production of Celebrity Charades with stay-at-home spouse Chad Lowe might be a stealthy attempt at feeding her husband-humilation jones. We fear we might be right, as Rush & Molloy reports on Swank's drive-by snubbing of Lowe and his celebrity pals:

Among the contestants taping this week were Bebe Neuwirth, Hank Azaria, Ana Gasteyer, Philip Seymour Hoffman, Rosie Perez, Peter Bogdanovich and Isaac Mizrahi. Lowe and [producer/host] Balaban also took part in the silliness. But not Swank.

"She stopped by the taping on Monday," a spy tells us. "But some people couldn't believe she couldn't spare the time to play. Chad did his best to explain, but there were some awkward moments.""

Swank's rep said she was too busy rehearsing for The Black Dahlia to hang around and make Lowe look important in front of his friends (did they mention the show's for charity?), but we bet she could've spared a moment to gesture like she was tugging on a pair of testicles, mimed a quick snipping motion with finger-scissors, then silently tossed aside the freshly-cut testes and still made her call time.
