Let us start by saying that the primary reason for this post is to feature the above photo, which we find remarkably hilarious. Vikram Chatwal sure does look serene for a 'tard whose Dream hotel has been recognized as little more than a dump. Anyhow.

Moving on, Newsweek has the latest reiteration of how bad Dream sucks:

Hotel owner Vikram Chatwal responds that he's appealing to business travelers with nightly rates of about $235 cheaper than style hotels like the W, for example and discount bookings on the Web. "Eclectic design and fancy marketing don't cut it anymore for the business traveler who's educated enough to know when they are getting the right product for the right price," he says. But it's hard to reconcile that with the blue luminescent photos (mostly of naked women) that greet guests as they step outside the elevators on each floor. Here's an even worse sin: during enterprise's recent stay, the Dream neglected to place our morning wake-up call, requiring a mad dash to the airport. For a business traveler, there's no greater nightmare.

If Dream and the Hotel on Rivington were actually battlebots, who would win in a PPV match-up? Our odds are on THOR, but the fight would go very, very slowly.
