Our crack team of legal analysts (all of whom wear tinfoil hats, thankyouverymuch) would like to present a very, very important lawsuit:

Actress Tara Reid sued Sky Las Vegas Condominiums for libel for allegedly using her name without permission in an advertisement that insinuates she is "sexually lewd."

How DARE they talk about Tara like that!

A representative for Sky Las Vegas was not immediately available for comment. According to the lawsuit filed in Los Angeles Superior Court, Reid — as a result of the ads — "has suffered injury to her business in that she has lost value of her reputation."

Oh, dear God. Her reputation? Please don't make us respond. It's too easy.

Sky Las Vegas published an advertisement Feb. 1 that reads: "Dear Tara Reid. Come let it all hang out," referring to an earlier incident in which "the strap of plaintiff's dress accidentally fell down, exposing her breast," the suit states.

We vaguely remember said incident.

Reid alleges the ad "implied that (her) strap fell down intentionally." According to the suit, the ad ridiculed Reid and cashed in on an "unfortunate incident" by encouraging her to "expose herself sexually" at the condominiums.

Alright, this lawsuit is baseless. Who's actually going to believe that Tara Reid would expose herself at a Vegas condo? She only does that sort of thing at Cipriani.
