Genius Bar: What Does It Take To Get A Drink Around Here?
MSNBC's Jeanette Walls introduces us to the hottest new club in town, where even Kevin Smith is made to wait for service:
The director of “Jersey Girl” had some choice words when Wired News quoted someone as saying that he frequents a place called Genius Bar, and “rarely has anything to say, but always looks [bleeped] off when he is forced to wait at the bar just like everyone else.”
Really, what does it take for Silent Bob to get a drink in that place? And why are the lights on all the time, and the place filled with geeks clutching their PowerBooks...and people buying iPods? Why, if we didn't know any better, and if we had an assistant that actually read the Wired News article, we'd start to think that the Genius Bar isn't a bar at all! But hey, why is Paris Hilton screwing in the bathroom?
