In "The Best," Frank places Christo's pre-'Gates' works in their appropriate context: Among Norman Rockwell, Charlie Manson, Andy Warhol, and the Exxon Valdez oil spill. Sure, it might not make total sense, but Frank's honey-on-gravel voice will lull you into a calm, happy place where 'Gates' hype fades into a distant memory.
