In its annual Pazz & Jop Critics Poll (transposed letters how edgy!), the Voice gives the #1 and #2 album of the year slots to rapper Kanye West and Beach Boy Brian Wilson, respectively.
So basically, there are now more young, white rock critics pretending to love rap than there are old, white rock critics who still wish it were the 1960s.
