According to Bloomberg News, Penthouse International Inc. is being sued by the Securities and Exchange Commission "improperly booking $1 million in revenue in the first quarter of 2003."

A lesser charge of being "criminally dashing" has been lodged against Penthouse founder Bob Guccione, seen here in a file photo running with the story in The Washington Post. (His lawyers plea bargained down from "lethally dashing," which carries a life sentence of hard, sexy labor.)
