CSI:NY is looking to do what countless directors, producers, and staffers shafted by Miramax have wanted to do for years: kill Harvey Weinstein. From a Now Casting notice:

MELVIN GREEN - Guest Star / MALE / 40 TO 49 NY's biggest indie film producer. Think Harvey Weinstein. He has a weight problem, can't stop eating. He's found dead and assumed murdered as everyone he knows hates him.

They're really not pulling any punches, are they? Even without the "Think Harvey Weinstein" line, we think we'd know who they were getting at. Still, it's a great opportunity for an actor trying to get noticed—they'll get to show their full emotional range, from bouts of blind rage to just-dead stillness.
