Drudge is reporting on an alleged controversy surrounding the Robert Smigel cartoon from this week's Saturday Night Live that depicted Rush Limbaugh filling in for Santa Claus during an OxyContin hallucination.

The worst part, according to an unnamed Drudge sludger, is the part where Rush wakes up drooling on his bathroom floor surrounded by pill bottles as his maid yells at him:

"Would we have done this to [John] Belushi? [Chris] Farley?... We've had more fu**ing drug addicts on this show through the years... more tragedy. I have lost count. Did we ever have some laughs about Robert Downey Jr.'s serious drug addiction?"

Well, yes, anonymous tipster, SNL did several skits about Downey's drug problems (one was a series of "my summer vacation" photos of Downey being arrested), but the most shocking thing about the skit in question was how fucking hilarious it was.

A completely funny skit on SNL? Outrageous! And wrong.
