That logo for The Red String looks like an ad for some sort of newfangled tampon.

While the red string bracelet is designed to repel the evil eyes cast by those that reject the light of the faithful, it is not approved for any feminine hygiene uses. (We imagine it could probably be tied to an existing tampon string as a kind of supplemental rip-cord, but that would void its warranty.) Any reports that use of the red string bracelet causes Toxic Shock Syndrome or cervical cancer are currently unsubstantiated, pending the outcome of an ongoing clinical study by the Defamer research department.
