Some of you hipster-come-latelys won't remember Michael Alig, the drug-addled club kid turned murderer of the late 80s and early 90s. (Michael Musto has an excellent backgrounder, naturally.) Alig went away in 1996, and is still serving 10 to 20.

Today over at World of Wonder, they're proudly presenting an INSANE transcript of a phone call between Alig and fellow semi-recovering club kid James St. James. In this special edition: Alig is reunited with his old boyfriend on Cellblock I — but then nearly gets his face sliced open! And yes — they have sworn to the authenticity of the whole interview. I doubted too.
