According to a poster on the Shameless Restaurants bulletin board, the Maritime Hotel's late-night lounge Hiro is looking for a very specific sort of staffer:

I went in to apply for a position at the club/lounge Hiro in the Maritime... When I told [the manager] was applying for Hiro, he told me that I couldn't because they only hire Asian people. What the F*&&^k! Since when is that legal? Not only is that offensive to me as a person, but it offends me on behalf of all bartenders and servers, who are clearly viewed by this place as accessories and nothing else. Wow, your bartender really sets off your lovely upholstery. Very retarded.
