Like cred-seeking actors invading the east side enclaves of hipster cool, Hollywood's lesser lights are storming the area's real estate open houses. This dispatch from our just-appointed Special Correspondent on B-List Celebrity Property-Browsing Habits catches a few in the act; we hope that an agent was on hand to prevent any open-house fellatio from devaluing property values. Report after the jump.

Sunday, Nichol's Canyon. Buff, Straub and Hensman home, listed by the king of LA modern, Crosby Doe. Shuffling in and out of the 1,400 sq/ft fixer for $1.1MM within 5 minutes of each other: Child porn convict Jeffrey Jones and two obviously gay cronies, Danny Masterson and Posse, Rick Rubin side-kick, the 300 lb record producer George Drakoulias (who did all the Black Crowes records), mumbling about how he "rented this place for three years." You would think even B-celebs would want master suites bigger than this house (is LA becoming NYC?), but I guess all the "good" architectural houses have been gobbled up, before they were "cool," by other B-listers like Kelly Lynch or cost A-list prices (the two Neutra's in Bel Air are listed at $6MM each).
