Crazed First Amendment hero Howard Stern held a press conference this morning to announce that Viacom is putting him back on the air, including in markets that Clear Channel yanked him from.

Meanwhile, Stern's mortal enemy, FCC Chief Nipplegate Investigator Michael Powell, is so close to losing his job that we hear Janet Jackson is already running out on her front lawn topless. We won't bore you with talk of market deregulation (could any topic be less sexy?) but let's just say that Powell's stupid media market consolidation schemes got kicked in the nuts by the U.S. Court of Appeals.
