After N.E.R.D. performed at FYE, the store received noise complaints, causing later in-store shows to be cancelled. Where did the complaints originate? At least one is said to have come from the neighboring offices of Rolling Stone. Whoo! Rock and roll will never die!

[Update from inside: " FYI, the FYE is right under the half of the building that the Wenner Media business division is on. The Rolling Stone editorial offices (and Jann Wenner's office) are on the other side of the building. Apparently, it's the ad sales people who can't stand that newfangled rock and roll."]
