Today we find that Joyce Wadler, the NY Times gossip columnist who hates her job and everyone she's forced to cover in her column, is teetering on the verge of losing it.

Perhaps the anonymous liquor-loving blogger TMF,TML put it best today: "Hey Joyce, you're a gossip columnist, okay? Your job is to tell us who went to what party, what they were wearing, and who they're fucking. If we want Proustian musings on the nature of time we'll read a reputable section of the paper, thanks."
