· "On Saturday 31 May I saw Monica Lewinsky at the deli on Hudson and Charles Street. She lives down the block at the Archive building Christopher and Washington. Also - Chelsea Clinton has alreday moved into her new apartment in Chelsea. Go figure."
· "Radiohead just spotted checking into the Soho House. Thom Yorke was wearing bad blue tinted euro sunglasses."
· "Sunday (5/25), 10-ish pm, saw Albert Hammond from The Strokes at supper with the usual rock star accessories - 2 blondes. He was wearing a really nice grey pinstripe jacket. very nice."

· "My bf and I went out to eat at Esca and for some reason I insisted that we sit outside. Practically the only other outsiders were in a big group — three so-so looking couples at a table being presided over by an overweight guy with greasy blondish hair who I wanted to be Christopher Hitchens. While the look was pretty typical and I've never really seen pix, this guy was pushing cigarettes on the girl sitting to his right, looked like a long-haul drinker, and was talking loudishly with everyone appearing a bit scared/wearied/good impression hungry of him. Eventually things fell into confirmatory place when, in quick succession, I heard British in the voice, overheard a "Christopher," and finally saw a slim volume of "A Long Short War" under a filling ashtray. The book is coming out tomorrow according to Amazon. At midnight we were finally ready to be the second-to-last out; only Hitch and one of the original three couples were left. He asked aloud "do I want coffee? or tea?" and then called over a server and begged his forgiveness for the "one last drink" they were going to have and then stumbled out into the night in search of cigarettes."
· "Saturday afternoon, Michael Musto rounded the corner at Broadway and heading west on 13th st. He was with a younger male companion who was chattering animatedly, but MM looked rather grumpy. This was a particularly exciting sighting for me as his Mondo Musto column in the Voice was my lifeline growing up a wee gawker stalker in Duluth, MN!"
